As Maryland’s first and only Certified B Corp, Nazareth Bonifacino Law is a proud champion of individuals who make the world a better place by building businesses and services inspired by their own personal and bold journeys.
Dr. Analía Gómez Vidal, founder and CEO of career development company AGV Services is one such individual. She is an accomplished researcher and certified professional coach whose work is reimagining how we think about career development. She brings a unique POV to the career development space. Her approach combines her lived experiences as a first-generation college graduate, international student and scholar, and immigrant business owner, with her professional experience as student, researcher, staff member, and research manager. In creating her coaching and consulting business, she has created the space, resources, and support for others that she wished had existed as she goes through when she was on her career journey.
Dr. Analía offers a variety of services for individual professionals and organizations through her consultancy that share one premise: clients who work with her address their immediate needs while gaining long-term tools and frameworks they can come back to.
AGV Lab for Career Explorers: Dr. Analía supports early- and mid-career professionals across countries with her proprietary and innovative AGV Lab for Career Explorers, a community designed to bring clarity, strategy, and support to career exploration and transitions. The AGV Lab supports graduate students, recent grads, and professionals navigating career transitions and the search for meaningful, purpose-driven career paths. With a lab membership, “career explorers” gain access to coaching resources, live office hours, specialized coaching sessions, and a peer community – all of which help them take intentional action to achieve the career they want while feeling supported every step of the way.
Career Coaching & Consulting: Through 1:1 and group coaching, Dr. Analía helps clients clarify what they want, identify what may be holding them back, and design personalize, actionable paths forward. Clients gain language, tools, and a renewed sense of self-trust, making them better equipped to pursue opportunities that reflect not only what they can do, but who they are and what they value in a career.
Consulting for Academic and Professional Organizations, and Corporate Institutions: Beyond the personalized coaching and AGV Lab, Dr. Analía’s work is focused on strengthening the career ecosystem – career development systems and programing – within universities, academic departments, faculty development initiatives, research institutes, and mission-driven organizations. Through an institutional retainer engagement, clients may engage Dr. Analía as a long-term strategic partner rather than a one-time consultant. These engagements include development sessions, focus groups, interactive workshops, individual coaching, and written insights, all designed to empower academic and research environments to implement career readiness and development solutions as well as identify strategic opportunities for growth.
Even if things do not go as planned, we still get to work toward what we want and care about most. Our strategy and goals may change but there is room for us to rework and pivot, and that is what we aim for. – Dr. Analía Gómez Vidal, Founder and CEO, AGV Services
In her first year as an entrepreneur, Dr. Analía founded AGV Services and developed this suite of offers and services while learning how to become a business owner and what it takes to build a business from the ground up. In her own words, “One of the most important lessons of this first year has been how essential it is to be surrounded by people that can teach you and support you at the same time. Working with Nazareth Bonifacino Law is a great example of that. I have benefited tremendously from their legal expertise and from their business guidance and advice. Having them on my team has made me feel better equipped as a business owner, and helped me lay a more solid foundation for my business.”
Before founding her business, Dr. Analía gained about 15 years of experience in research and consulting, working in academic, regional, and international organizations, including Fulbright Commission, the Inter-American Development Bank, and Stanford University. Her academic research focuses primarily on gender politics in institutions and women in leadership, with work published in top-tier scholarly journals and policy publications. Her academic and professional training includes a B.A. degree in Economics (minor in Journalism) and a M.A. degree in International Studies from Universidad Torcuato di Tella in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Government and Politics from University of Maryland, College Park. She holds a Certificate in Professional Coaching (C.P.C.), an Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and the COR.E Dynamics Specialist in Transitions certificates from the Institute in Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) School. She is also an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and of the Applied Improv Network (AIN), among others.
Dr. Analía is redefining what career readiness can look like when empathy, strategy, and a supportive community work together. Through AGV Services, she is helping set the framework for individuals to make bold career moves and institutions to create the conditions that make those moves possible.
We are proud to spotlight Dr. Analía and honored to support her with general counsel and contract negotiation services as she builds a future grounded in intention and impact, one career at a time.
