DC SHRM invited Natasha back to cover the hazy world of cannabis in the workplace for the Employment Law Update for 2023. Speaking to a group of executives and human resource professionals from around the DMV, Natasha provided practical advice on how to navigate setting and implementing policies about cannabis in the workplace – in light of new state laws legalizing cannabis.

Ginny gives start-up advice to mechanical contractors.

Starting a business is hard. There are many different decisions that need to be made.
